SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Good news everybody! We ship to every country in the world; isn’t that amazing?!
The shipping costs differ per country. Here are some approximate charges for shipping:

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the package. For an exact amount visit the checkout page. You need to have a product in your cart to see the shipping costs.
The web price is the same for all countries, as we subsidize shipping and the additional admin costs associated with export sales.
When we ship your O My Bag you will receive a tracking number from the delivery service (e.g. PostNL, Fedex, DPD). You can follow your package through their websites.
NETHERLANDS & BELGIUM
Your package should arrive 1-2 days after payment is received. Orders placed before 10PM ship the same day! When the tracking status says ‘gearriveerd’ it means your package is at the depot and will most likely be delivered that day.
Your package should, typically, arrive within 2-3 days depending on where you are in the world. We use Fedex Priority for all shipments outside the EU to ensure as speedy a delivery as possible. Shipments to the US are usually delivered within 2 days. In some cases, Asia and Australia for example, can take up to two weeks.
Using the tracking number provided at the time of order, your package can be tracked on the delivery service’s website. These common carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. Remember, for international orders, it might take up to two weeks (or in a rare occasion three weeks) for the package to get to your home.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after three weeks, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will track down your package together with our warehouse! This investigation can take up to 5 days.
If your delivery address is outside the EU, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your local customs office for further details. We cannot control what happens at customs. O My Bag is not responsible for custom charges and duties.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to let you know it’s on the move. Ready to get excited and look for that mailman!
