Not what you were looking for? No biggie, people change their minds. We understand.
You can return items purchased through the website within 30 days in new condition. Beyond 30 days, you’re giving our admin guys a headache, but we will always see what we can do for you! Understandable, we cannot accept returns on items purchased from one of our resellers.
Just ship the goods back to our warehouse and we will process the return in our system. We cannot afford yet to cover your return shipment, but we will do our very best to transfer the purchasing amount back to your account asap! You’ll receive a confirmation email from our customer service team when all is said and done. We’ll hope to see you back another time!

Please always add the packing slip of the purchase you want to return. That makes the process so much easier.
Do you live in Amsterdam? Come by our store at the Ceintuurbaan 117 and drop your return here. The return payment is handled via banktransfer and with 2 workdays you’ll have it back in your account.
We are sad to hear that your bag isn’t living up to the quality we promised. Our bags are designed to last but we understand things happen. If you need a new strap, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, we can send you a new one. The costs for a new strap are €5,00 + €1,95 shipping costs.
If you lost a knob button we can send you a complimentary replacement. Just email us at email@example.com.
Our premium quality eco- friendly leather is tanned without the use of harmful chemicals and has no synthetic top finish.
Vegetable tanned leather will not stay flawless and smooth, scratching will occur an irregularity in color and texture are part of this leather. These characteristics make it a unique product that ages beautifully over time.
We want all our customers to be pleased with their O My Bag products. It is important to realize that the marks and scratches will further develop with time and use. Some customers may prefer something more polished or sealed, and can return or exchange any O My Bag product according to individual preferences.
Due to the natural process in which our leathers are made in India, the colors can to vary from time to time. The photos we use on our website are intended to be as closely matched as possible to the true product. However, we also acknowledge that all computer monitors display colors with some variety as well. Therefore, we will not be able to exercise true control over the color accuracy.
Please contact us if you are not happy with the color of your O My Bag, and we will do our best to advise whether you should exchange or return your product.
If a strap or a knob button should require replacement, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the approximate date (month + year) of purchase. If you can add a photo, that would be great!
