Ordering and Shipping
All orders are processed in our warehouse within one business day. Orders placed before 10PM (CET timezone) from monday-friday are also shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning.
THE NETHERLANDS & BELGIUM
Your package should arrive within one business day after the payment is received! Orders placed before 10PM (from monday until friday) ship the same day. Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped via PostNL.
Good news for everybody, we ship worldwide! Your package typically arrives within 2-3 business days depending on where you are in the world.
- We use PostNL, DPD and DHL for shipments within the EU.
- We use Fedex Priority for all shipments outside the EU to ensure delivery as fast as possible. Shipments to the US are usually delivered within 2 days.
However, there are exceptions when the country or region of delivery is not supported by these delivery services.
NOTE: Deliveries to Asia and Australia, can take up to two weeks. (We promise it is worth the wait though!)

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from the delivery service with all shipping and tracking details. Got it? Prepare to get excited and start looking for that mailman!
Using the tracking number provided at the time of order, your package can be tracked on the delivery service’s website (e.g. PostNL, DPD, DHL, Fedex).
These common carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. The easiest way to know more about the whereabouts of your order is to contact the carrier directly.
If your order has not yet been dispatched by our warehouse, we can change or cancel the order for you during business hours.
Please or send us an email at email@example.com. If our warehouse already packed your shipment, we unfortunately can’t change or cancel your order anymore. After receiving the order you can return the order again by following the return process.
There are different ways of paying for your O My Bag:
– We accept all Dutch debit cards via iDeal payments.
– We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards.
– We accept Sofort Banking.
– You can pay using PayPal, either with your own established account or with a credit card (no need to register!).
Definitely! You can apply your coupon code in your CART and on the CHECK OUT page.
You can apply only one coupon code per sale. If you have two different gift certificates, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll be happy to combine them into one.

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Orders under €100 are charged with a flat rate of €2,95.
The price for shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on your country. For an exact amount visit the checkout page (p.s. you need to have a product in your cart to see the shipping costs.)
The shipping costs differ per country. Here are some approximate charges for shipping:

If your delivery address is outside the EU/EFTA, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
