FACTORY PROFILES
STC Factory

We started working with STC in 2015. They were the ones to produce our very first business line: The Suit-Up Collection. Now they are responsible for the production of a big part of our Classic Collection.
It is a smoothly run family business and has 480 employees, 75 of them are women. Ipshita, daughter of one of the founders, stepped into her father’s business around 7 years ago and is now managing the complete bag department.
EMA Factory

We have been working with the Equitable Marketing Association (EMA) Factory right from the very beginning! EMA, run by the lovely woman Swapna Das, was established in 1977 and is recognized as a fair trade company by the World Fair Trade Organization. The workers at EMA comprise of artisans, farmers, craftsmen and weavers who enjoy decent living by producing various types of fair-trade products including the O My Bags you know and love. As we are growing and evolving we are delighted to see EMA and all its employees evolve with us!
Springfield Factory

Springfield Factory has been a partner since 2014 and it has always been a pleasure to work with them. The company was established in 2002 by J.S. Sawhney, who is a real connoisseur, since producing handbags has been a family vocation since 1957! Mr Sawhney always knew that there was a high demand for leather bags, but wanted to focus on not only have astounding quality, but also producing in a clean, organized, and fair manner.
The Loyal Workshop

Since 2015 we are teaming up with the Loyal Workshop. The Loyal Workshop was founded to provide an opportunity for freedom. Modern-day slavery is a phenomenon that we are not prepared to be apathetic about. The founders of the Loyal Workshop believe that another world is possible; a world where sex slavery is relegated to the history books. At the office of O My Bag we totally agree with this!
