Sleazy is made from the highest quality hides (class AA) which are drum-dyed and dry-milled (DDDM) to give the leather it’s indulgently butter-soft feel. Your bag might come with a scratch or a small spot, don’t worry; this is normal. Naked Leather bags are virtually unsealed at the end of the tanning process. The unsealed leather allows natural marks in the hide to show. We consider any scratch or mark that is visible to be beautiful and completely natural.
The photos we use on our website are intended to be as closely matched as possible to the true product, however due to the natural process in which our leathers are made in India, the colors tend to vary from time to time.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES? The shipping costs differ per country. Here are some approximate charges for shipping:

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE EU, DO I PAY VAT? The web price is the same for all countries, as we subsidise shipping and the additional admin costs associated with export sales.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE? When we ship your O My Bag you will receive a PostNL or Fedex tracking number. You can follow your package through their websites. If you live in Amsterdam, you will receive a text message from Emily Company.
AMSTERDAM Orders from Amsterdam are delivered on the same day. Those items will be shipped with Emily Company and your order will be delivered between 17.00 and 19.00 hours. You will get a text message from Emily company to let you know at what time they are coming to bring your package!
NETHERLANDS Your package should arrive 1-2 days after payment is received. Orders placed before 3PM ship the same day! When the tracking status says ‘gearriveerd’ it means your package is at the depot and will most likely be delivered that day.
INTERNATIONAL Your package should, typically, arrive within 2-3 days depending on where you are in the world. We use Fedex Priority for all shipments outside the EU to ensure as speedy a delivery as possible. Shipments to the US are usually delivered within 2 days. In some cases, Asia and Australia for example, can take up to two weeks.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Using the tracking number provided at the time of order, your package can be tracked on DHL or Fedex’s website. These common carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. Remember, for international orders, it might take up to two weeks (or in a rare occasion three weeks) for the package to get to your home.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after three weeks, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com, we will track down your package immediately!
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND IMPORT? If your delivery address is outside the EU you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your local customs office for further details. We always pack your order as a gift which will lower import fees and tax. However, we cannot control what happens at customs. O My Bag is not responsible for custom charges and duties.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to let you know it's on the move. Ready to get excited and look for that mailman!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? When your package is picked up at our office, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order on either the DHL website or the FedEx website.
