To which countries do you ship?
Good news for everybody! We ship to every country in the world, isn't that amazing?

What are your shipping fees?
The shipping costs differ per country. If you go to the checkout page (before you pay), you can use the shipping calculator to see the exact shipping costs to your country.

How can I pay?
There are different ways of paying for your O My Bag:

We accept all Dutch debet cards via iDeal payments.
You can also pay using PayPal, either with your own established account or with a credit card (no need to register!).
We also accept direct bank transfers.

How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at
customerservice@omybag.nl. We will make every effort to cancel. However, if your order has already been fulfilled (shipped), we will follow the Returns guidelines.

Do you have an offline shop?
Unfortunately, we don’t have our own shop. There are a lot of offline shops that sell our bags though! You can see the list here.

The product I’m looking for is sold out, when can I order it again?
Don’t hesitate to contact us on customerservice@omybag.nl, we will let you know when it’s back in stock.

Is ordering over the Internet secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure.

Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?
Sign up for our newsletter on the home page and you will receive e-mail updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements.
 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are your shipping fees?
The shipping costs differ per country. If you go to the checkout page (before you pay), you can use the shipping calculator to see the exact shipping costs to your country.

How long will shipping take?
When we ship your O My Bag, you will receive a tracking number, either from DHL or from FedEx. With this tracking number, you can track down your delivery.

For Dutch orders: your package should be with you within 24 – 36 hours after shipment (2 – 4 days after ordering). When the tracking status says ‘gearriveerd’, this means that your package is at the depot of Selektvracht, your package will most likely be delivered at that same day!

For international orders: your package should be with you typically within three to 5 days, depending on where you are in the world. We only use couriers to ensure it is as speedy as possible. In some cases, for example, orders to Asia and Australia, deliveries can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.

My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
We have provided you a tracking code, which you check on the DHL website or on the FedEx website. On these websites you can see where your bag is at the moment. Remember, for international orders, it might take up to two weeks (or in a rare occasion three weeks) for the package to get to your home.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after three weeks, please don’t hesitate to contact us on customerservice@omybag.nl, we will track down your package immediately!

Will I be charged for customs and import?
If your delivery address is outside the EU you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your local customs office for further details. We always pack your package as a gift, that will lower import fees and tax. However, we cannot control what happens at customs. O My Bag cannot be held responsible for custom charges and duties.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to let you know it's on the move. Ready to get excited and look for that mailman!

How can I track my order?
When your package is picked up at our office, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order on either the DHL website or the FedEx website.

RETURNING

How can I return my order?
We will accept returns on items purchased through this website within 14 days of receipt of purchase in NEW condition. Beyond 14 days & with prior arrangement from management, we may allow exchanges subject to availability. We cannot accept returns purchased from other locations. In case of return, shipping charges are at the customer’s charge. To return or exchange a purchase, please email customerservice@omybag.nl first or add a note with your package when you return it.

My bag is broken, what should I do?
Our bags are designed to last. If something should break during normal use, please send us an email at
customerservice@omybag.nl and include a few photos of the issue so we can respond switfly.

How can I get a replacement part for my bag?
If a strap or a knob button should require replacement, please contact us at customerservice@omybag.nl with the approximate date (month + year) of purchase.

HOW DO I TREAT MY O MY BAG?

Treat your O My Bag with water protectant every 2-4 weeks. We recommend weather-proofing spray, which is quick & easy maintenance. Be zealous during rainy season! Try to avoid heavy downpours because leather is permeable and can never be entirely waterproof.

Clean & condition every 8-12 weeks, using high-quality leather conditioner (follow instructions on product label). Think of conditioning like moisturizer for your leather – it will dry out over time, and conditioner will maintain the moisture.

Avoid leaving your bag in direct sunlight, which may change the colour of your O My Bag.

TIPS:

1. Be aware that deep or dark colored clothing can easily transfer dye to light- coloured O My Bags. Use caution and especially avoid carrying your O My Bag when wearing new clothes!
2. When not in use, store your bag in its original dustbag away from moisture & variations of heat or cold.
3. Never apply heat to your O My Bag to dry it, just let it dry naturally (away from radiators, too!). Direct heat will dry out the leather & it may become brittle.
4. When using leather treatments, always test the product in an inconspicuous area of your bag first before applying to the entire bag.
